Basement and Backyard

Stairs to the basement are newly carpeted.

This lower level has a high-ceil and encompasses the massive space available before the addition. The space after the add-on, below the addition is all crawl space, good for storage. The second furnace- in that space- not shown yet but I'll get to it.

But here you have the fifth bedroom with attached full bath, closet not shown, the laundry room (new furnace, washer-dryer), backroom, and play/exercise room.

The backroom shares a wall with the playroom. A more ambitious owner can join the two rooms for floor hockey, parties, or yet another bedroom. The main advantage of this house is that it is truly large.

Outside is great for basketball, pickleball, or a tennis backboard. Or hopscotch, naturally. We had a  backboard for tennis at one point. The adjustable hoop is still there, has survived two highschool basketball athletes, they would object to me calling them stars.

There are about six feet of grass between the deck and the pad.

If the new owner is observant, a click-together succah for the deck is in the crawlspace, fits perfectly, easily assembled. I have pics of that somewhere. One can  also set up a large succah on the pad.

Let's get scrolling.

LOWER LEVEL/BASEMENT

LOWER LEVEL BEDROOM

LOWER LEVEL WASHROOM

LOWER LEVEL SHOWER

PLAY/EXERCISE ROOM adjacent to bedroom

LAUNDRY ROOM-1st furnace, 2 water heaters not shown, all new. Also not shown is a large built-in cabinet for storage. We used it for the third kitchen. There is a 220 outlet for an electric stove to the left of the door. That door leads to the crawlspace and a door to the backyard (new).

BACK ROOM (window to the backyard in back of the fridge) 2 closets (not shown)
There's still a shelf unit with our stuff in it, that rectangle with the discolored back, we'll get rid of it unless the buyer wants it. This used to be a workshop.

OUTSIDE
It really is a big enough pad for pickleball and a good game of
half-court, and the deck is new.
